# Rates Notice Objections
Complete the form below to provide R J Sanderson & Associates with the information needed to review your Council Rates valuation.
**You have 60 days to object.**
Valuation objections are subject to a strict statutory time limit. Please provide your information as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for review.
## Before you start
Please have your current Council Rates Notice ready to upload. If available, you can also provide:
- Your previous Rates Notice
- Information about the age and condition of your property
- Details of renovations or substantial improvements
- Information about repairs, easements, flooding, access restrictions or other factors that may affect the property's value
- Other supporting documents you think may be relevant
**You do not need to determine whether you have grounds for an objection yourself.**
Our team will review the information you provide and determine whether there are reasonable grounds to proceed.
## Complete your details
Provide your contact details, property information and Rates Notice using the form.
Please check your information before submitting. If RJS needs anything further to complete the review, a member of our team will contact you.
## What happens after you submit?
Our team will review your Rates Notice, property details and supporting information.
If we consider there are reasonable grounds for an objection, we can prepare and lodge the objection on your behalf in accordance with the Engagement Authority.
If we need further information, a member of the RJS team will contact you.
**Submitting this form does not mean an objection has been lodged or guarantee that an objection will be accepted.**
